Therapy for women in Ottawa navigating life transitions, anxiety, and questions of meaning and identity.
A grounded space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
Personal Note From Hannah
“Hi there,
Life can become overwhelming at times, and it’s human to need support along the way. Reaching out for help, especially to a licensed professional, can feel like a big step, and finding someone you genuinely connect with matters.
I aim to develop a therapeutic relationship that is rooted in empathy, honesty, authenticity, compassion, and trust. I don’t believe therapy is one-size-fits-all, or that it’s always easy. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and supportive, while making space for meaningful change.
From there, we can begin to build clarity, resilience, and a greater sense of peace in your life.”
──── If you’re unsure whether therapy is the right next step, that’s okay. We can explore that together.
Book a Free Consultation
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to managing things on your own or are unsure of exactly what you need. You don’t have to have everything figured out before booking a consultation.
The consultation is a space for us to connect, talk about what’s bringing you in, and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
There is no pressure to commit after the first conversation. It is simply an opportunity to slow down, ask questions, and get a sense of how therapy might support you.
If you decide to move forward, we will work collaboratively to understand what you’re experiencing and move toward greater clarity, steadiness, and connection with yourself.

Hannah’s approach is rooted in a deep respect for each person’s inherent capacity to heal, grow, and make sense of their inner world.
She works integratively, drawing from a range of evidence-based and depth-oriented approaches to tailor therapy to each individual. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, the work is shaped by each client’s unique history, needs, and pace.
