Our Specializations
Cannabis and Psychedelics Risk Reduction Education
What is Risk Reduction?
Risk reduction is a compassionate, evidence-informed approach that supports people in making safer, more intentional choices around cannabis and psychedelics. Rather than advocating abstinence or uncritical use, we meet people where they are—offering education, tools, and support to reduce potential harm and increase benefit.
We believe in honouring the agency of individuals while providing guidance grounded in science, tradition, and psychological insight.
Our Approach
At Eleusium, our educators are trained psychotherapists with lived and professional experience navigating altered states. We offer non-dogmatic, stigma-free education that integrates:
Mental health-informed frameworks
Evidence-based practices
Somatic, psychodynamic, and trauma-aware perspectives
Ethical and spiritual grounding
We do not promote illegal activity. Our role is to provide education and support before, during, or after legal psychedelic use. This includes cannabis used in ceremonial or personal healing contexts.
Who Is This For?
This work may be a good fit if you:
Are curious about using cannabis or psychedelics for personal growth or healing
Want support preparing for or integrating past experiences
Are supporting a loved one navigating these substances
Work in a helping profession and want to feel more informed
Have questions around dosage, safety, set and setting, or spiritual use
No experience required. No pressure to use. Just open, honest education and care.
Services We Offer
Workshops & Community Talks: Interactive sessions covering topics like cannabis as a psychedelic, ceremony prep, managing difficult experiences, and integration support.
Custom Programming: Designed for dispensaries, wellness centres, educators, and healthcare providers who want to deepen their understanding of safe and ethical psychedelic support.
Important note: We do not offer individualized dosage recommendations or guidance on how to obtain substances. We may share general information drawn from research and standard practices, but encourage individuals to do their own research and make decisions that align with their legal, ethical, and personal boundaries.
