We understand the importance of clarity regarding financial commitments, and this policy outlines our approach to refunds and service transfers.
General Terms
Representatives at Eleusium are available via email to address questions about our services and programs before you schedule a session or event.
Given the specialized nature of our services, all sessions, trainings, and events are offered "as is." Once a service or training is initiated or provided, we do not accept requests for refunds, credits, or partial refunds.
Requesting a Refund or Transfer
To request a refund or transfer services, please contact our office via email at info@eleusium.ca
Refunds will be processed through the same service used for payment. Please allow two to four weeks for the refund to be issued.
Service-Specific Policies
Private Sessions and Consultations
Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours' notice to receive a full refund or credit.
Eleusium reserves the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer an alternative such as a phone session or rescheduling.
Group Events and Workshops
Full payment is required to secure your spot. For cancellations of 5+ hour sessions, at least 14 days' notice is needed for a full refund or to transfer your spot to a future event.
Eleusium reserves the right to terminate participation for any individual in the event of agreement violations or safety concerns. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Health and Safety Exceptions
If you cannot attend a program due to a Covid-19 diagnosis or a severe health crisis, we will offer to transfer your reservation to an online format or to the next available session, with appropriate verification.
In the rare event that Eleusium cancels an in-person event due to health or safety concerns, participants will be transferred to an online option or the next available session.
Final Notes
Eleusium does not accept chargebacks or forced credit card refunds in violation of this policy. Disputed charges will be addressed according to the terms outlined here.
