Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Eleusium is an intentional psychotherapy collective offering depth-oriented, relational, and integrative care. We are not a traditional clinic and we are not hiring employees. We are seeking a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who is interested in joining Eleusium as an independent practice partner.

This opportunity is best understood as joining a shared clinical home rather than being hired into a role. We value autonomy, mutual respect, and thoughtful collaboration.

The Opportunity

You would operate your own independent psychotherapy practice while being part of the Eleusium collective. We provide a fully furnished private office and shared infrastructure, allowing you to focus on your clinical work while maintaining full professional independence.

This is a flat monthly partnership fee model. We do not take a percentage of your client fees, and there are no quotas or expectations around client volume.

What We Provide

  • Fully furnished private therapy office within the Eleusium clinic

  • Office access 7 days a week, with full-day availability

  • Access to our Jane practice management system

  • Inclusion on Eleusium’s website, marketing, and advertising efforts

  • Access to collective referral streams

  • A collegial, values-aligned clinical environment

What You Maintain

  • Your own independent psychotherapy practice

  • Responsibility for your own marketing and client development

  • Control over your schedule, fees, and clinical decisions

  • Your own professional liability insurance and CRPO compliance

Eleusium does not guarantee a specific number of referrals or clients.

Financial Structure

  • Flat monthly partnership fee: $1,300  [TO BE DISCUSSED]

  • No revenue sharing and no per-client fees

  • Minimum commitment of 6 months

Robert Anderson

Robert Anderson, PhD, is a Registered Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, and Co-Founder and Clinical Director of Eleusium Wellness Collective. With more than 20 years of experience in mental health and addiction, he supports adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and complex life challenges. He is also the founder of the Anderson Supervision Framework, an evolving approach to clinical supervision that emphasizes reflective practice, clinical reasoning, ethical decision-making, use of self, and therapist development. His clinical work integrates relational, humanistic, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful, sustainable change.
